Mother and Daughter Campout

Megan, Ella, Raelyn and I went to the Mother Daughter Campout this weekend. I decided that camping alone with three kiddos ages 7, 2, and 3 months is a LOT of work! But, it was also a ton of fun and I'm really glad we went. Ella and I had a great time roasting marshmellows and eating smores. Megan and I had a ton of fun staying up late talking and giggling. And, Raelyn did great. She was really happy all weekend. I think she likes new things to look at and I know she loves being held in her wrap. I was really wishing I had my camera. I thought I had one but when I went looking for it I couldn't find it. I found it while loading the kids in the car to go home. Ugh... oh well, we'll just have our memories to remember such a great but crazy weekend.

Wow! You're brave! I don't know what is scarier -camping without a man or having 3 girls alone without a husband.

Wow! I have never heard of a mother daughter campout. Was this just your idea or was it a church thing?
